Wruly Media, Inc. ("Wruly Media," "Medialey," "we," "us," "our") respects your privacy. By using medialey.com or submitting a request, application, or inquiry, you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or provide information.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy periodically. For material changes to how we collect, use, or share personal information, we will give at least 30 days’ notice via a banner on medialey.com and, where we have your email, by email. Other changes take effect on posting. Check the "Last updated" date above.

Minors

Our services are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect, sell, or share their personal information.

Information We Collect

We collect personal information you provide through our application forms (Advertiser/Affiliate membership) and Contact Us form, and we maintain opt-out records so Affiliates can suppress unsubscribed users. We also automatically collect anonymous behavioral and demographic data—such as cookies, IP addresses, and web beacons—reflecting activity like ad clicks and page views.

How We Use and Share Information

We use this information to respond to inquiries, process applications, deliver and measure advertising, meet legal obligations, and communicate with you. Anonymous information may be shared with Affiliates and Clients to target advertising more effectively. Where Affiliates or service providers process data on our behalf, we take steps to ensure they handle it consistent with applicable law and this Policy. This Policy does not cover the independent practices of companies we do not own or control.

Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law:

• Application data (Advertisers/Affiliates) — the business relationship plus 7 years (legal, tax, audit).

• Contact inquiries — 24 months after resolution.

• Opt-out records — indefinitely, to honor suppression preferences.

• Cookies / behavioral data — up to 13 months, then consent is re-requested where required.

When no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

Security and Legal Disclosure

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, but no method of internet transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If required by law, we will release information in response to a valid legal request.

Your U.S. State Privacy Rights

Depending on your state, you may have rights under laws such as the CCPA/CPRA (California), VCDPA (Virginia), CPA (Colorado), and similar statutes. Subject to exceptions, these include the right to know/access, delete, and correct your personal information; opt out of its sale, sharing, or use for targeted advertising; limit use of sensitive information where applicable; appeal a denied request where provided; and not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.

Categories collected. Identifiers (name, email, address, phone, IP); internet/network activity (via cookies and web beacons); commercial or inquiry information; and inferences used for advertising targeting.

Sale / sharing. We share personal information with Affiliates and Clients to target and deliver advertising. Under state laws this may count as a "sale," "sharing," or "targeted advertising" even without payment. We do not knowingly sell or share the information of anyone under 18.

Exercising your rights. We confirm receipt within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days (extendable as permitted). We verify identity and accept authorized-agent requests subject to verification.

International Users

We are based in the United States and intend our services for U.S. users; information is processed in the U.S. If we knowingly serve individuals protected by the EU/UK GDPR, additional rights and legal bases will apply as described in a supplemental notice.
